Wooden Mushroom Sculpture
~ (ONE OF A KIND) ~ Similar to how mushrooms are foraged, we wander through the woods searching for materials that we suspect to have unique grain formations. We take our hand selected pieces back to our shop to carefully shape each piece to complement the natural grains hidden in the wood, and creating a realistic or abstract mushroom form.
This sculpture has been crafted with black cherry for the cap, and invasive glossy buckthorn for the stem; it sits on a piece of river stone.
